Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, RFC VES240418K3A, is responsible for the processing of your personal data pursuant to the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide through the request form: full name and email address. We also process limited technical data such as IP address, device type, browser and basic interactions with the site, in order to operate and improve the service.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (a) respond to your request and contact you with information about the platform; (b) keep administrative records of the requests received; (c) improve the quality of the informational service. We do not use your data for activities unrelated to the purposes described here.
